Business identity
Match the legal entity and trading name to an official business register. Record the jurisdiction and registry reference.
A paid supplier documentation review programme for laboratory buyers. Clear checks, dated evidence and the same price rankings for everyone.
This is an example badge. No supplier receives it automatically.
Business identity and sampled documents must pass every criterion. The badge links to a dated review record showing its exact scope. It does not certify every product, purity, sterility, safety, legal compliance or FDA/TGA approval.
Match the legal entity and trading name to an official business register. Record the jurisdiction and registry reference.
Establish that the applicant controls the listed supplier domain, using a domain email challenge or equivalent documented proof.
Check fulfilment evidence against the country claimed on the supplier website. A domain suffix or mailing address alone is insufficient.
Match sample product names, lot numbers and nominal vial strengths to dated batch reports. Record exactly which samples were reviewed.
Check sampled reports through the issuing laboratory’s verification facility or equivalent authenticated evidence. Identify the lab, country and analytical methods; an uploaded PDF alone does not pass.
Check usable contact details, shipping terms, refund terms and transparent pricing on the supplier-owned website.
Document the research-only scope and review misleading approval, quality or therapeutic claims and applicable public regulatory notices. Escalate unresolved issues before approval.
Apply with public evidence links. We review the documents and record the sample products, lots and limitations. An approved supplier can then agree to a monthly subscription. The paid relationship is disclosed beside the badge.
Reviews expire after 30 days unless evidence is rechecked. A badge is suspended when a required check no longer passes and is removed when its review or paid membership expires. Earlier review records are kept for audit. Ending a subscription is not a finding that a supplier or product is unsafe.
Free supplier listings remain available. Paying never changes the three lowest-price choices, buys a ranking, removes criticism or guarantees clicks or sales. Missing a badge means only that there is no current paid verification badge.
No supplier has been awarded a badge yet. The programme is accepting applications.
